Project Energize

Every two weeks on Tuesday we went to Project Energize. I learnt that there are 4 groups and the names are Fruit and veg, Grain, Meat and Dairy. I also learnt that thick chips are better than thin chips and that some Chinese foods are actually healthy for you because they have greens in them and because it has rice in most of the foods. Also most of the drinks like Coke is really bad for you and V is really bad for you too but the best drinks are water and milk. Also on the 16th of September we made hummus one that has spices in it and one that has no spice we had crackers and carrots with it too, it was so delicious.
